When you undertake our services you acknowledge that we have hereby advised you that the installation of certain modifications and products to your vehicle may jeopardise or, in some cases, void warranties and other protections. You agree that we have hereby advised you of this potential and the potential for original manufacturer warranties and undertakings to be removed upon installation of products which we manufacture or which we modify for addition, attachment or application to your vehicle. As a result of and consequent upon such advices, you hereby indemnify and hold us blameless in relation to any costs, damages, claims or losses of any nature whatsoever (including loss to person and/or property) as a result of such additions, applications and/or attachments.
